So I've been stuck on this question for about 15 minutes, I could use a bit of help..
Find the function rule for the table, show all your work:

x: -2, -1, 0, 1, 2
y: 9, 4, -1, -6, -11
note that y goes down by 5 when x increases by 1. So, start with
y = -5x + b
Since y(0) = -1,
y = -5x-1
