Using a ruler and a pair of compasses only, construct triangle xyz, such that xy=6cn, xz=8cm, yz=10cm

Construct the mediator of line yz and of line xz

well, hard to do on a keyboard

draw the long side yz 10 cm long
set compass to 6 cm. center at y, swing circle
set compass to 8 cm, center at z, swing circle
either intersection is x

I do not know what a mediator of a circle is

maybe you mean "median"?

With a ruler and a pair of compasses only construct. A UST such us,=8cm,ut=10cm and st=6cm.bisector l1of UST extend the sector to a point D such that UD=US

1. Draw a straight line and mark a point U on it.

2. Using the compass and keeping the same width, place the compass on point U and draw an arc on both sides of U.
3. Without changing the width of the compass, put one end at the intersection of the two prior arcs and draw another arc – getting the point S.
4. Using a compass with the same width but a bigger setting (radius of 10 centimeters), place the compass one time on the dot S, and another time on the dot U, and draw the two longer arcs, then label point T. Now you have the triangle UST.
5. We draw the bisecting line.
* Using a compass with the same width, put one end on U and draw an arc on both sides of U.
* Put the other end on T and draw an arc on both sides of T, that will intersect with the previous arcs on lines down from U and up from T. Label the points of intersection as X.
* Using a compass with the same width, put one end at X and the other end at S, to draw an arc that interacts with the bisecting line at point at Y.
6. Using a compass with the same width, attract a circle with a center in U and a radius as US.
7. From Y, draw a line to intersect the circle at Z.
8. The line passing through Z and U intersects with the previously drawn bisecting line at point D, which should be the same distance from U as S is from D, namely 10 centimeters.

To construct the mediator of line YZ:

1. Place the point of the compass on Y, set it to a length that extends beyond the line YZ, and draw an arc.
2. Without changing the width of the compass, place the point on Z and draw another arc that intersects the first arc drawn in step 1.
3. With the compass width unchanged, place the point on the intersection of the two arcs, and draw an arc that intersects the line YZ. Label the point of intersection W.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 with the point of compass on Z.
5. The line connecting points W and X is the mediator of line YZ.
