A. Alphabet
B. Form of government
C. System of money
D. Language

My answer is A.

anyone have the full test answers??

D. Language?

Alphabet

Well, according to this website among the search results I gave you, both A and D seem to be correct:

The Etruscans spoke a unique language, unrelated to those of their neighbours. Their culture was influenced by Greek traders, and by the Greek colonists of southern Italy. The Etruscan alphabet is Greek in its origins. They in turn passed on their alphabet to the Romans.

So D?

so it's D??

y'all all wrong

To determine the correct answer, we can start by understanding the relation between the Romans and the Etruscans. The Etruscans were an ancient civilization that existed in what is now modern-day Italy, predating the Romans. They had a significant influence on Roman culture, and the Romans adopted several aspects of Etruscan civilization.

When it comes to the options provided, the Romans did adopt various elements from the Etruscans; however, only one of the options directly relates to their influence. Let's evaluate each option further:

A. Alphabet: The Etruscans had their own unique alphabet, which was influenced by Greek alphabets. The Romans adopted the Etruscan alphabet with some modifications and eventually developed it into the Latin alphabet, which is still widely used today.

B. Form of government: While the Romans did adopt political and administrative concepts from the Etruscans, they eventually developed their own distinct form of government, known as the Roman Republic. So, the form of government cannot be considered directly originating from the Etruscans.

C. System of money: The Romans did indeed borrow various aspects of their monetary system, including coinage, from the Etruscans. However, it is important to note that the concept of money and trade existed long before the Etruscans, so the Romans' system of money can be considered an evolution rather than a direct development from the Etruscans.

D. Language: The Romans did not develop their language from the Etruscans. The Romans spoke Latin, which belonged to the Italic branch of the Indo-European language family, while the Etruscans had their own unique language that remains largely untranslated.

Based on the explanations provided, the correct answer is indeed A. The Romans developed their alphabet from the Etruscans.

A is incorrect.
