Hello again. I will really appreciate one more piece of advice. Do I have to repeat the pronoun in the following enumeration?
"I'd like to raise a glass of wine to everything good you've got - to your wisdom, (your) strong will, (your) kind heart, (your) ability to understand other people, (your) desire to help." Or is it natural to omit it?

You'd keep it if you want to emphasize all those qualities in whoever you're addressing.
But it's not needed.
