two rigid tank that contain hydrogen2 at two different states arr connected to each other. now a valve is opened, and two gases are allowed to mix while achieving thermal equilibrium with the surroundings. the final pressure in the tank is to be determined.

given :
tank A (H2,V=0.5m^3 T=293k, P=600Kpa) tank B(H2,V=0.5m^3, T=303K, P=150Kpa)

Sorry, need to know the temp of the surroundings I think.

first thing I would do is
use PV= nRT to find n in each tank.
then n in the mix = n1 + n2 and V = V1+V2
Now again P = n R T / V
