Can someone please give me input on this

question?

Complete immunization is usually
required of chldren:

1.who will be turning 2 years old.

2.before they can travel across
state line.

3.at the time they enroll in
childcare programs.

This question is confusing because
when children enroll in childcare
programs there immunizations are
not usually complete. They only
have had a minimum of immunizations.
So, how can they be complete?
But, this is the question on my test.
So, should I put #3 as my answer?

Yes. Number 3 is the best answer. At the time they enroll in a child care program, their immunizations should be complete -- for their age.

It is important to note that the term "complete immunization" may vary depending on the context. In the given question, "complete immunization" refers to the immunizations required for children at a certain stage, not necessarily all the immunizations they will receive throughout their lives.

In the context of enrolling in childcare programs, children are usually required to have received a minimum set of immunizations appropriate for their age. This ensures that they have a certain level of protection against common diseases. While these immunizations may not be all the immunizations recommended for their age, they are considered complete for the purpose of enrolling in childcare programs.

So, in this situation, it is correct to choose option #3 as the answer. Even though it may not cover all possible immunizations, it represents the stage at which the immunizations are considered complete for the specific requirements of enrolling in childcare programs.
