Right now there is no way to post pictures. The best option right now is to mathematically describe your picture or draw it with underscores and linebreaks.
In the future we will enable all visitors over 13 years old to sign up. Then, once a user has accumulated enough reputation, they will be able to attach images. Depending on the user's reputation, the image may require approval or may be published instantly.
