They are completely different things; I'm not sure why they would be compared to each other. A mole is an amount of a substance, a molecule is a group of atoms.

A molecule is formed when two or more atoms are joined. For example two oxygen atoms join to form the oxygen molecule. Same with two H to form H2 and Cl to make Cl2. Those are diatomic molecules (two of them). Another example of a molecule is salt, NaCl, or sugar, C12H22O11.

A mole is an AMOUNT in grams of something. A mole of H2, for example is 2 grams. The atomic mass of H is 1 so two of them makes 2 grams. O2 is 16*2 = 32 grams. A mole of C12H22O11 is 342 grams. I wish we had different names for mole and molecule because the beginning student gets confused over them all the time.
