Three people can wash clothes in 13 hour, 14 hour and 14 hour. If they started together at 8:30 am, at what time will they finish this work together?
Let x be the amount of time it takes to finish the job together. Then
1/13 + 1/14 + 1/14 = 1/x
x = 91/20 hours
Convert that to hours, and add it to 8:30 to get the time of completion.
