A teacher gare an open pot which can cantain only 2liter of water to student and told to bring 3 liter of water from the market.how will that student bring 3 liter water in a pot whose capcity is only 2 liter?

Maybe buy it in plastic one liter bottles that are higher than the pot but fit into it ?

To solve this problem, the student can follow these steps:

1. Fill the 2-liter pot with water from the tap.
2. Pour the 2 liters of water from the pot into a measuring container.
3. Empty the pot completely.
4. Fill the pot again with the remaining 1 liter of water from the measuring container.
5. Now, the pot contains 1 liter of water.
6. The student goes to the market and purchases another 2-liter pot.
7. Fill the new 2-liter pot with water from the tap.
8. Pour the 2 liters of water from the new pot into the old pot, which already contains 1 liter of water.
9. Now, the old pot has 1 liter of water, and the new pot has 2 liters of water.
10. Pour the 1 liter of water from the old pot into the new pot, which already contains 2 liters of water.
11. Now, the new pot has 3 liters of water, which was the initial requirement.

By using two pots, one with a 1-liter capacity and the other with a 2-liter capacity, the student was able to bring a total of 3 liters of water, even though each individual pot could only hold 2 liters.
