What is the volume of a proton and an electron?

They do not have well defined outer boundaries, so there is no firm number. Approximate size can be inferred from collision data. The "classical" electron radius is 2.8*10^-13 cm. That makes its approximate "area" about 10^-25 cm^2

The neutron-proton collision cross section is about 0.3*10^-24 cm^2

The 3/2 power of those numbers is an approximate volume.
