i need help on this part...

for the first one, French and Indian War, i got

1. american colonists loss of respect for British military power
2. British did not share the same values as Americans or treat them with appropriate respect

can someone pleease tell me if these are right

for the second on i got that

1. delegates from colonies held Stamp Act Congress
2. claimed that colonists should have the same rights as British

is this right??

sorry, that was posted by y912f not mysterychicken

To come up with examples of colonists' actions or reactions for each of the headings in your graphic organizer on the causes of the American Revolution, you can follow these steps:

1. French and Indian War:
- Colonists resisted British efforts to enforce the Proclamation of 1763, which limited colonial expansion westward. They defied this restriction and continued settling in western territories.
- The British imposed new taxes on the colonists to help pay off the debt incurred during the war. The colonists strongly opposed these taxes, as they believed they shouldn't bear the burden of a war fought largely for the British Empire's benefit.

2. New British Taxes:
- The Stamp Act of 1765 sparked widespread protests in the colonies. Colonists organized boycotts, refusing to buy stamped paper, creating their own alternatives or using non-stamped paper instead.
- The Boston Tea Party in 1773 was a direct response to the Tea Act. Colonists dressed as Native Americans and dumped British tea into the Boston Harbor to protest against unfair taxation and the monopoly granted to the British East India Company.

3. New Ideas about Natural Rights:
- The publication of influential pamphlets, such as Thomas Paine's "Common Sense," influenced colonists' thinking and helped rally support for the independence movement.
- The colonists formed Committees of Correspondence, a network of communication between the colonies. These committees shared ideas, rallied support, and coordinated actions, fostering solidarity among the colonists.

By incorporating these examples into your graphic organizer, you will provide a broader understanding of the colonists' actions/reactions that contributed to the American Revolution under each heading.
