I really need help with this.

32 is 2^5 and 8 is 2^3 so you can use power of a power rule to obtain

2^(5(1-x)) = 2^(3(2x-2) and since the bases are the same set the exponents equal.
5(1-x)=3(2x-2) and solve for x
