1) You grab lunch with a friend and the bill is $27.00. You want to leave a 15% tip, how much will the final bill be once you add the tip?

2) What is the amount of sales tax owed on a $375 laptop computer if the tax rate is 12%?

3) A sweater's original price is $75.00. It is on sale for 20% off. You have to pay 5% sales tax. What is the final price for the sweater?

1.Amount Saved = Original Price x Discount % / 100. So,

Amount Saved = 100 x 30 / 100

Amount Saved = 3000 / 100

Amount Saved = $30
amount owed $70

2. tip 4.05 owed 31.05

3. $420.00 (I am not 100% sure on this one FYI i am 90% sure)

4.$63.00 (I am not 100% sure on this one FYI i am 90% sure)
