I need help in Social Studies for grades 5 through 7. Here is my question: What countries in the Middle-East/South-West Asia have little to no oil? I have been researching all over the internet for 2 hours straight and all I found was that Israel and Lebanon barely had any oil and I don't even know if that's true. Can someone please give me a website I can read or tell me of a few of them? Thanks :) P.S I need to know because I have a project and I need to write about the Oil-Rich and Oil-Poor nations but how am I supposed to do that if I don't know any oil-poor nations/countries?

Read lots and lots. It's not easy to find but it's there.

Finding information on countries in the Middle-East/South-West Asia that have little to no oil can sometimes be challenging, but there are a few strategies you can use to find the answer to your question. Here's what you can do:

1. Use reliable search engines: Start by using search engines like Google or Bing to search for keywords such as "Middle-East/South-West Asia countries with little/no oil." Make sure to use quotation marks around the search phrase to get more accurate results.

2. Visit reputable websites: Look for reputable websites that provide information about the Middle-East/South-West Asia countries. Some reliable sources you can try include official government websites, reputable news agencies, or international organizations like the World Bank, United Nations, or International Monetary Fund.

3. Research regional energy profiles: Look for energy reports or profiles that focus on the oil industry in the Middle-East/South-West Asia region. These reports often include information about countries with little to no oil reserves. The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) and OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) are good sources for such reports.

4. Access statistical databases: Check if there are statistical databases that provide data on oil production, reserves, or energy consumption by country. Databases such as the World Bank's World Development Indicators or the United Nations' UNdata may have relevant information.

Now, in direct response to your question, here are a few countries in the Middle-East/South-West Asia region that have been traditionally considered oil-poor:

1. Israel
2. Lebanon
3. Jordan
4. Syria
5. Palestine

Please note that the oil landscape can change over time, and these countries might have minimal oil reserves or production compared to other major oil-producing nations in the region.

Remember, always cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Good luck with your project!
