For the tree one none of them would be correct because the tree is only 31 feet tall. The mountain climber one you are correct. The building one I think is 50, if I'm reading it right. The other one I'm not sure.

I seem to be a minority -- but for number 3, I add 13 + 28 = 41 feet.

The thing is that it asks for length of the tree, not height. Perhaps it is just a typo and they want 41 feet total height.
