So I’m awful at summarizing and I came up with the really long answer and I know I need it shorter because it’s definitely not gonna fit on two lines. Please help!

Large amounts of heat or transferred to earths mantle from earths core and the mantle itself. Heat and pressure inside the mantle called solid mantle rock to warm and slowly flow toward the lithosphere. When the rising rock cools it sinks back through the mantle. This process occurs over millions of years.

I can’t exactly type a paragraph on the two line answer...

What question are you trying to answer?

To summarize the process: Heat from Earth's core and mantle causes the solid mantle rock to warm, flow slowly towards the lithosphere, cool down, and then sink back into the mantle. This takes place over millions of years.
