A scientist from the United States conducts an experiment using miles per hour to measure speed. Why might this be confusing for scientists in other countries?

A) Scientists in other countries don't usually perform experiments involving speed.
B) Scientists in other countries express speed as mass times acceleration.
C) Scientists in other countries use SI units when measuring speed.
D) Scientists in other countries do no use SI units when measuring.*****

Scientists around the world use the SI system for weights, distance, time, etc. Miles/hour are used in the U.S. for speed by the public.
Answer A can't be right. You should realize that's a ridiculous answer.
B can't be right because mass x acceleration is the definition of force and that isn't measured in miles/hour
C c is right. Scientist in other countries will be confused since they usually use SI units and miles/hour is not an SI unit.
D. D isn't right because scientists in other countries DO use SI units.
