I got the circumference of the circle which is 94.25cm but that's where i got stuck. Can you please help?

the circumfrence of the circles is actually 47.2. you don't multiply pi by the diameter you multiply it by the radius or half the diameter. and the lenght of the strap depends on how they are strapped together but more than likely the answer is 94.2
