I was rear ended in a drive thru a few weeks ago and my car has never been in an accident before. The persons insurance !@#$%^&ar ended me said they aren’t taking liability because they said they don’t believe based on mesesurments that it is possible for their persons car to have caused damage. Their insurance also was trying to make it seem like like backed into their car but I was completely stopped when the accident happened and the driver admitted to fault when the driver got out and said sorry. They also said their driver claims he took off without giving me the insurance info because their driver thought I was blocking him into the driveway. There were multiple cars the same size as their persons car that went out the exit driveway tho. Do you think this persons insurance is trying to get the person out of trouble?
