A car travels 185 m in the first 15 seconds and 240 m in the next 20 seconds. what is the average speed of the car in km/h?
asked by
Katharine

(185 + 240) / (15 + 20) = S m/s
1000 m in a km ... 3600 s in an hr
m/s * 3600 s/hr / 1000 m/km = km/hrposted by Scott
