I am having trouble finding where I can locate where the veto power is described (about Congress overriding a presidential veto). i think it is in Article one

Where can I find information about the House of Representatives having the power to impeach the president?

http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.overview.html

Article I, Section 7 - veto power; read carefully, though, since the word "veto" is not there.

Article II, Section 4 - impeachment
