    Who or what is "legislation"?

Pay attention to the changes I made, including commas.

Let us know if you have questions.

  5. Then I don't understand what you need.

    1. I redid the sentence at the top of this thread of posts, but you never answered my question about the word "legislation" -- and without knowing what you intend that to mean, the sentence is meaningless.

    2. Then you said you didn't need help on that, but you had to take that group of words and make sentences out of them (which is not what you said at first). I don't understand that particular assignment because I don't see any way to make all those labels or subtopics go together smoothly.

    3. And finally, you say that's not what you're asking. So really ... what ARE you asking for help with??

This earlier post is equally unclear. You seem to have two assignments going on here.
