FUN FACT

Okay, so I’ve been doing a lot of research on the Spinning-Jenny, and the internet continues to say, “The Spinning-Jenny was named after James Hargreaves’s daughter” or “The Spinning-Jenny was named after Hargreaves’s wife”. This is not true AT ALL! In fact, Hargreaves doesn’t have a daughter named Jenny, nor a wife names Jenny. Turns out, “Jenny” is an very old word for “ENGINE!”
Not really a fact...JUST FUN
