Yes, Mrs. Sue is correct, if you read the article she has given to you, you will see it clearly states that the poor and lower classes have been eating nothing but bread for weeks and months, but since the prices were raised, they had nothing to eat and starved. So my guess is that B Is correct. Now, on the second answer, my guess would be D.
