when citing an article which does not give you the authors names how do you cite it??

MLA Format.

When citing an article in MLA format that does not provide you with the authors' names, you can use the title of the article instead. Here's the format you should follow:

- Start with the title of the article in quotation marks.
- If it's an article from a newspaper, magazine, or journal, include the title of that publication in italics, followed by the publication date, the page numbers (if applicable), and the medium of publication (Print or Web).
- If it's an article from a website, include the name of the website, the publication date (if available), and the medium of publication (Web).
- End the citation with the URL if you accessed the article online.

Here's an example of how the citation could look:

"Title of the Article." Title of the Publication, Publication date, page numbers. Medium of publication.

OR

"Title of the Article." Title of the Website, Publication date, medium of publication. URL.

Please note that if the article does not have page numbers or a publication date, you can omit those elements from the citation.

Remember -- you need to have each source of information cited in TWO places:

1. the Works Cited page that is placed after the last page of your paper, and
2. in parentheses in the text of your paper, immediately after the quotation or paraphrase.
