To answer the questions about the line graph provided, follow these steps:

1. Look at the graph to find the lowest violent crime rate. Find the point on the graph where the line is at its lowest. According to the graph, the lowest violent crime rate is in the year 1985.
2. Now, let's look for the x-intercept. The x-intercept is the point where the line on the graph crosses the x-axis, or in other words, where the line has a y-coordinate of zero. In this graph, the x-axis represents the years. So the x-intercept represents the year(s) when the crime rate is zero. The x-intercept in this graph doesn't appear to exist since the crime rate never reaches zero. Therefore, there is no x-intercept.
3. Finally, let's find the y-intercept. The y-intercept is the point where the line on the graph crosses the y-axis, or where the line has an x-coordinate of zero. In this graph, the y-axis represents the crime rate. So the y-intercept represents the crime rate when the year is zero. The y-intercept in this graph is the crime rate at the starting point of the graph, which is the year 1973. The y-intercept represents the number of victims per 1,000 persons aged 12 years and over.
