Question

Is jiskha a reliable cite? Are these tutors, really are or once were teachers? Do they know what they are talking about?

I am not trying to be rude or get banned in any type of way but I just want to know....

Tutors here at Jiskha are retired or current teachers in accredited schools who have consistently demonstrated thorough knowledge in their subject areas. Once in a while, a good student will answer some questions, usually math questions.

To add to Writeacher, many of the retired tutors on this website have more than 50 years experience teaching their "favorite" subject.
