I can't submit a follow up question or thank the tutor after an answer or a response is posted by a tutor,as the "post answer" button not available in the bottom of the form,as it used to be.

I tried reopening,refreshing the browser and switching the browser.

I tried this on my phone, but there's no SUBMIT button there. Here, on my computer, the SUBMIT button shows up just fine.

I guess the lesson is "Don't try submitting stuff from your phone!"
