Hcl is given 38percentage by mass with density 1.1 0 gml what is the molarity and molarity give answer

We help but usually we don't do all the work. Here is how you do it. I wonder if you made a typo. HCl, if 38%, I usually see quoted as 1.19 g/mL for density and not 1.10 g/mL.

1.10 g/mL x 1000 mL x 0.38 = grams HCl.
Then mols HCl = grams/molar mass
Then M = mols/L.

For molality = m.

That's mols/kg solvent. You have moles in calculating the M. You have the mass of of the solution in grams (1.10 x 1000). Subtract mass HCl to give mass solvent. Convert that to kg and plug into m = mols/kg solvent
