I'm sorry that the Google list of notable transgender people wasn't helpful to you. As far as I know, the United States has never had a transgender president.

Thanks. My teacher said that there is some evidence that William Taft was transgender, or at least androgynous/nonbinary.
I suggest you read some biographies of President Taft and draw your own conclusions.
