8. I'm thinking it's D, because basically the prince is saying that there is now peace between the Montagues and Capulets but at a tragic cost.
9. D makes the most sense because at first Juliet is compliant and does what her parents ask her to, then she became rebellious refused to do what her parents wanted her to do, as highlighted by the quote: "O, bid me leap, rather than marry Paris, from off the battlements of yonder tower."
