Consider that point A is located at (x, y) in Quadrant I of the coordinate plane. In which quadrant is point B with coordinates (-x, y) located

How do I even find this out???

  2. It says that (x,y) is in the first quadrant, so
    obviously, both x and y must be positive.

    So where does that place (-x,y)

    Give yourself an example such as (3,4) and see what happens.
