convert the speeds to m/s

find the time to cover the 85 m

find the change in kinetic energy
... KE = 1/2 m v^2

the work against resistance (friction)
... work = f d = 750 N * 85 m

work and energy are the same thing

add the work and the change in KE
... divide by the time
... this is the power (in Watts)
