i don't really know anything about this but you could put something about how good communication helps the employees work more effectively which causes a better work environment. The mood will be on more of a positive note and it makes the work conditions and productivity even better.

You say that you're communicating "to" employees. Communication is a two-way street. You need to listen to people and engage in conversation. Respond to the employees' phone calls and text messages as soon as possible. Address their concerns and work WITH them.

You don't just let the employees know the principles of fairness. You need show fairness by treating all employees the same. Be specific in how you'll provide flexible work schedules. Be specific in how you'll foster a team spirit.
