They are the same in meaning. However, #4 is not used frequently, right? In British English, is #4 used these days? Where is #4 used nowadays?

They all mean the same thing. I don't know if #4 is used anywhere, but may be in parts of the United Kingdom. I'm American, so don't know. It would not be used here.
