9. Calculate the area of the composite figure, which is not drawn to scale. (Workpad needs to be worked out, correctly). 17 cm (rectangle part) top, 22 cm height (one side, rectangle), 10 cm height (other side, rectangle), 19 cm bottom (some, triangle part), 17 cm bottom (other part)

10. Calculate the area of the trapezoid, which is not drawn to scale. (Workpad needs to be worked out, correctly). 5 in. base, 11 in. height (one side), 8 in. height (other side), 4 in. bottom

PLEASE HELP!

I subtracted 22 by 10 to get 12, multiplied 12 by 19 to get 228 and divided it in half to get 114, after i multiplied 22 by 17 to get 374, so finally I add them to get 488.

Good job ! That’s a great explanation ... 💯 percent

^^^^ Confusing..?

Ummm hey connections academy teacher, yk we wouldn't be cheating if y'all taught us correctly or if it remotely even made sense. but ty for your input that absolutely NOBODY asked for. have a great day.

How do you add 228, 374 and 114 to get 488?

that's the facts I will say this in the most respectful way possible their teaching makes no sense whatsoever and it doesn't help that I struggle in math so really, I'm only on here for help.

thank you all for all of the help
