Wow, this one is hard to explain...

First, I'll give you the info you need to solve the problem.

Tough Cell Batteries Battery Life in Hours

Lower Extreme: 84
Upper Extreme: 140
Lower Quartile: 97
Upper Quartile: 110.5
Median: 104.5

If you need more info after reading the question, just tell me and I can give you all of the numbers.

Here's the question that I need to solve:
Suppose that Mrs. Brewer puts new batteries of the brand you named in question 3 (Tough cell batteries) in all the calculators at the beginning of the school year. About when during the year will she need to have replacements available (so I'm assuming for the least amount of battery life)?

Thank you so much! Any help is appreciated!

Thank you

If the batteries start dying at 84 hours, I would want to have replacements at that time. However, you need to be able to convert the hours into some proportion of the school year.

Is there any information on how many hours the calculators are being used in a school, day, week, month or year?

I hope this helps a little. Thanks for asking.
