    a[ x^2 -5x + 6 ] = 0

    f(x) = a[ x^2 -5x + 6 ]
    when x = 1
    f(1) = 12 = a[ 1-5+6]
    12 = 2 a
    a = 6
    so
    f(x) = 6x^2 -30 x + 36
