How did the supreme Court decision in Worcester v. Georgia and the Indian Removal Act lead to the removal and resettlement of Native American grops

The Indian Removal Act leads to the removal and resettlement of Native Americans because the other states became greedy and want the land the Native Americans and Indians were on. At first they gave them a choice to leave or stay and told them that would be forced to move, but eventually, the government stopped listening to the tribe leaders that wanted to stay and only made deals with the ones who agreed to move. This soon resulted in war and tribes were forced to move and many died along the way

I don't understand how the Worcester v. Georgia case contributed in this .Help?

For Connexus students please feel free to use my answer

515 (1832), was a case in which the United States Supreme Court vacated the conviction of Samuel Worcester and held that the Georgia criminal statute that prohibited non-Native Americans from being present on Native American lands without a license from the state was unconstitutional. So by the Supreme Court European settlers we're able trespass on tribal land leading to mistreatment by non-indians and forcing the Natives to give the land to the country and settle elsewhere.

Thank me later

======================
It says Europeans can not be prohibited from trespassing on tribal land. That is really nasty.
I suggest also google Andrew Jackson and trail of tears.

So it basically stopped Non-Nativa Americans and Non-Indians from coming on to there land?

so what's the answer?

That decision I just looked up is not how I remember it in fact. I thought the Supreme Court sided with the tribes and Andrew Jackson kicked the tribes west anyway.

Yes, what the above says is that white settlers can not be prohibited from trespassing on native property.

cause I didn't understand any of that and I need help please!!!!

shut up betch
