Find the equation of the line that has the same slope as the line through points (0,4) and (-5,7). But goes through point (-6,4)

I don't get how to find the equation of the line

the slope is -3/5

So, now you have a point and a slope. The line is

y-4 = -3/5 (x+6)

They don't call it the "point-slope" form for nothing!
