Math

I'm in seventh grade and working on this math test based on lines and planes. I'm stuck on this one question and I don't understand what the question is asking me to do. The question is: Identify a segment skew to GH. I am not asking for the answer, I am just asking what the question is asking me to do; although if anyone happens to know the answer that would be very helpful. I am working on Connexus, Lesson 1: Lines and Planes: Math 7B Unit 1: Geometry. I have already asked my mom for help, but she doesn't know either, and my dad is at work. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

  1. Oh, and by the way, I already have the answers to all of the other questions, so I only need help on this one. :)

  2. Any line not in the plane of GH is skew to GH. Skew lines necessarily cannot intersect.

Not having any details of your diagram, it's hard to say much more.

Maybe google can provide you with further relevant examples.

  3. I can't really provide much detail considering the fact that there is a 3D rectangular figure that I can't describe and every search engine I try doesn't give me any information I could use. I'll probably just have to give my best guess as far as what the problem is asking me to do, and I'm confident in my other answers so I should get a decent grade. Well, thanks anyways. :)
