I need help writing a positive message to the supervisor of someone who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me.


We will be happy to critique you writing. Keep it short, to the point. Focus on what he did, the supervisor will make the decision was it above the call of duty, and was it necessary.

I agree with bobpursley's suggestions. However, you could also add an explanation why you believe that it was "beyond the call of duty".
