    m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (1-(-3))/(1-(-2)) = (1+3)/(1+2) = 4/3.

    4. 24/8 = y/10, Y = 30.

    5. Y = (2/3)x + 9.

    m = (1+3)/(3-1) = 2.
    Y = 2x + b = -3.
    2*1 + b = -3, b = -5.
