help! Select one of the following statements from p.221 of Supervision: Key Link to Productivity (8th ed.). Do you agree or disagree with the statement? Explain your reasons.

2. “Organizations should be allowed to hire anyone they choose.”

I want to do number 1 but I am stuck on where and what to write.

You may have made an unfortunate choice of thesis. Supervisors should be concerned with helping the company make a profit by doing the job of their department well. Why should not companies be wllowed to hire anyone they choose (unless you are talking about undocumented aliens or violating labor union contracts)?
