Are you sure you mean sqrt(-9) ???
That is an imaginary number.
Maybe you mean sqrt (25-9) = sqrt (16)
which is 4 which is a whole number and an integer
I think they want me to take the square root of 25 (which is 5) and add -9 which becomes -4.
So is -4 a whole number, integer, radical?
I know it isn't irrational
