“He has refused” “He has forbidden” “He has refused” “He has called” “He has dissolved” “He has refused” “He has endeavored” “He has obstructed” “He has made” “He has erected” “He has kept” The long list of grievances reads like a hammers blow because of the parallel structure. “He has” been repeated countless times in the sentence.
