I don't understand on how to answer this question. Could you please help and tell me the parts for the graphs?

1)
X,Y is a point in the first Quadrant Identify the location of:
A.(-X,Y)
B.(X,-Y)
C.( -X,-Y)

2)
X,Y is the point on the second quadrant. Find the location of:
A. ( -X,Y)
B. (X,-Y)
C. (-X,-Y)

To visualize the different cases, why not give yourself an actual point.

e.g.
2) let (x,y) = (-4,5) <---- had to be in quadrant II

then (-x,y) = (4,5) , which is in first quadrant
(x,-y) = (-4,-5) , in the third
(-x,-y) = (4,-5) , in the fourth
