i have received your answer as your faculty posted the answer but in that ans. I didn't understand one step which is given below

How it comes
percentage increase for first time = 10/x that step i didn't get please explain again

  1. % increase is the amount of increase, divided by the original value.

    In this case, the number x is increased by 10.

    If 20 is increased by 10, that is a 50% increase, since 10/20 = 0.50

    If 40 is increased by 10, that is a 25% increase, since 10/40 = 0.25
