slope: (-4-5)/(-2-1) = -9/-3 = 3

Now, using the point-slope form,

y-5 = 3(x-1)
at x=0, y=2

2*3+2 = 8

2(3+2) = 10
You took twice the sum of the slope and the intercept, but that was not the question.
